Founded in 2022 by Stacee Warner — a Vista mom of twin boys, a CSUSM grad, and 15 years deep in commercial insurance — TWT Insurance Services exists because California contractors deserve an agent who treats their business like a partner, not a quote-and-bind transaction.
Why TWT Exists
After 15 years inside the insurance industry — including years at Craft Guard before launching TWT — I watched too many agencies chase quick wins at the expense of the contractors they were supposed to be protecting. Renewal-day surprises. Claims that turned into fights. COIs that showed up too late to keep a crew on a job.
So in 2022, I started The Warner Twins Insurance Services — named for my twin boys, the original "thrive together" team — to build the agency I wished my own clients had access to. We specialize in California contractor coverage because it's the most complicated, the most regulated, and the most consequential when it goes wrong.
